Harm of willow catkins

First of all, the heat pump unit is mainly heated by exchanging heat with air. When the willow catkins are attached to the surface of the evaporator and heat exchanger, the fin gap will be blocked, the wind resistance will increase, and the hourly ventilation rate will be reduced, which will lead to the reduction of the system heating capacity;

Secondly, after the fins of the heat exchanger are attached to the catkins, the effective heat exchange area is greatly reduced, and the heat exchange capacity is reduced, which ultimately leads to the reduction of the heat generation capacity of the unit;

Thirdly, when the willow catkins on the evaporator fins are not cleaned in time, the oil and sugar contained in them will corrode the hydrophilic film on the fin surface and cause it to fall off, which will increase the frosting frequency and defrosting time while affecting the heat exchange efficiency.

Since willow catkins are so harmful to the heat pump unit, how do we deal with them when the evaporator and heat exchanger are coated with willow catkins? It is not easy to clean up the Yangxu. If the operation is improper, it may even cause damage to the equipment. When asking the customer to assist in cleaning, it is also necessary to inform the correct method.
